Worst service I’ve seen in a long time. I had a Uber eats order. I came in an employee asked for who I had an order for. I kindly told the employee. Waited 20 minutes just for another employee to ask who I was here for. I nicely repeated who I was waiting for. Then waited another 10 minutes for the order still not ready. Come to find out they never started it. But it sure like they had fun messing around making jokes with each other. Had 6 employees there with no customers but me and somehow the order wasn’t done.

We just finished a workout at Planet Fitness and we were hungry. We crossed the parking lot to Firehouse Subs and got a couple of sandwiches. My wife got the Cajun chicken and I got the steak and cheese. Both sandwiches were delicious. They were prepared promptly. Definitely recommend Firehouse Subs.

This location needs work. Young kids running the place, which is fine but they need some training on customer service and an upgrade to their process. My husband and I ordered two sandwhiches, and it took them almost 20 minutes to make. With FOUR employees behind the counter. One of the young girl employees was on break eating when we arrived, she got done and immediately went to work behind the counter. I never saw her wash her hands. I strongly believe there needs to be an adult present, overseeing operations. 20 minutes is far too long to make two sandwhiches. It wasn’t even busy either, one customer ahead of us. Someone came in to pickup an order they made on the app and it hasn’t even been made yet, they were visibly annoyed. About 15 minutes into our wait, a Door Dash driver came in for a pickup- hadn’t even been made yet. Firehouse is such a great place and awesome subs, so please please try harder!

Honestly, prices are high for what you get and I have usually had good service. BUT for some reason, I am getting back home and the orders are wrong. By the time I get back home it isn’t worth going another 12 miles round trip to try and fix things. The app and website doesn’t let you select the chips available in the store so half the time you’re forced to pick from 4 when they have about 10. If you put it in the notes/comments area, it’s 50/50 that it’s right or even included.

They have pretty good sandwiches here. The firefighter theme is fun, plus the cause is great. My favorite is the cheddar brisket sandwich. Their bar-b-que sauce is also really good. They have a self-serve coke machine, plus a big assortment of hot sauces you can use.
