Bozzelli's Italian Deli-Spring Mall Menu

Born in Foggia, Italy, Lucio “Lou” Bozzelli co-founded with his brother, Tony, what was originally known as “Bozzelli’s Brothers Deli. Their business philosophy was simple: SERVE. GOOD. FOOD. Initially, the menu was limited to cold Italian sub sandwiches because they could not afford a grill. Through word of mouth, the only form of advertising the believed in, their business started to grow and as their budding operation improved they expanded the menu to include hot food like steak subs and pizza. Lou’s brother, Tony, continued to operate the business after Lou’s passing in 1989. To honor Lou’s legacy, his wife and children looked to the stars for inspiration–hence, the spaceman–and relaunched the shop and have now grown to five stores.

I expected a notification since i ordered online to pick up, but went at time it was supposed to be ready, but never got one. When i went in i asked the girl if it was ready. She didnt say a word as i noticed my pizza, even after i acknowledged i saw it. She still didnt say a word..the pizza was ok, but was a little dry. Still tasted good. Nice place though.

Ten stars! Got a thin crust veggie and boom boom chicken and you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. These pizzas were made with love. Also, I ordered around 2:30 and the pizza was ready within 5-10minutes!

This was my go-to restaurant during my two week stay in the area for work. The Italian Lemon cake was awesome and the Girl’s Soccer pizza was outstanding!! The crust was perfect and the sauce is very flavorful. Small inside so I imagine it is geared more towards takeout than dine-in. Definitely worth trying out.
