Nothing but amazing things to say! The fire pit at night it beautiful the food, superb! The service is attentive but not intrusive, friendly and make the experience that much better. You cannot go wrong with any entree or any plate for that matter. someone in our party hates fish–they had the grouper sandwich and fell in love! Will be returning!

My daughter is vegan so it was awesome to find a place to eat that offered an option for her to eat. (Wish there were more) Our food was great and the location and atmosphere was amazing. My Mai Tai wasn’t great and the service was super slow even though they weren’t busy, but I guess that’s life on Clearwater.

The service was extremely slow . We waited quite a while to get out food and for her to come back for the check. I had a cheeseburger with a basket of fries, and my friend had a grilled chicken sandwich. The burger and chicken were excellent. The fries were equally as delicious. However, the potato chips that come with the sandwiches were likely made in-house but seemed burned. The view, as you can see is great for watching the sunset. The place was not very busy as it was a Monday night. All in all, it was a good time.

Grouper tacos are amazing, service is quick and friendly. Very hot in the bar area with minimal air circulation, fan and water mist was for outdoor portion. Overall great experience, just didn’t care to roll around in my sweat. A bit pricey for what you get, definitely high profit margin location. Drinks and meal for 2, be prepared for $100 with proper tip.

We vacation at the Sandpearl Resort a couple times per year and we frequent Tate’s Island Grill during our stay. The food is always fantastic and the staff are so accommodating. We met Rick the assistant manager today and he goes above and beyond to make sure the clientele are well taken care of. He is truly an asset to this establishment!! Thank you!!

Had lunch here the other day with my family as we are staying at the hotel and the food was shockingly bad. My son did not end up eating his order because it was badly prepared. I ordered the blackened grouper sandwich. It was basically burnt. Could not eat it. Definitely the least flavorful place we have eaten at since we have been here. May not be for everyone.

Atmosphere was wonderful, sitting out back looking at the ocean and fire pit. Food came in average time and was fresh. Big negative it took 35 minutes to get our check. One more thing i kinda think it was bogus that you couldn’t leave the restaurant through the hotel. We had to walk all the way around through the sand.

Had a horribly rude waitresses. Wasn’t willing to help substitute food in our meal, and moaned once we asked for sauce. All night we were going to the bar to get our own drinks as she only came to the table to take our order and deliver our food (after 50 mins). The burger was on verge of raw and once it came to paying she had the audacity to ask for an additional tip on top of the gratuity charge. Once we said you didn’t even do your job properly let alone good enough for a tip, she followed outside the restaurant to tell us “bad karma will be on your way”. Overall awful experience.
