I had the brownie and Chai tea for breakfast. It was delicious! The staff and cook was very nice. Everything is made fresh. Outside patio is decorated with flower and plants with blue and white colors. Inside was also decorated as well with plenty of windows to look outside. It definitely has french decorative taste. I’ll definitely be back.

Cute location. Decor is clean, spacious and simple. Lots of windows so whether you sit inside or out you have a view. Food options looked good although they seemed a bit pricier than expected. I did try the ham and cheese croissant and thought it was delicious. I can’t speak about any other dish because that’s all I ordered. The nice thing is that if you’re working in that complex you don’t need to leave to get a bite to eat or something to drink. If you do drive to that location parking is paid so be sure to get a validation to cover that cost.

Absolutely fantastic cafe! The decor makes me feel like I’m in a French cafe! Laura (one of the owners) was so friendly and welcoming. I ordered the BLT which was fantastic. I usually don’t order gluten free because it tends to be gluey but I had the BLT with the gluten free bread to try something new and it was SOOOO tasty. I also ordered the french onion soup which was bomb. They also had some great grab and go options and super cute flowers. The coffee was very tasty as well. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu!

This new gem located at Eighteen Main in Centerview is a very refreshing addition to Irvine’s business/office district. Maldon’s Bistro is a casual French/American bistro that features scrumptious gluten-free ingredients. These aren’t your typical gluten-free, flavorless, bland offerings. The buns on their sliders were bubble gum soft and their gluten-free cupcakes were dreamy morsels with unique cheesecake icing. Sorry if you don’t get to try those! The operators are passionate and hands-on. I support local business like this, but I would come even if weren’t a local business because of the food and ambiance. A must visit if you’re in the area!
