Ordered on app for pickup. Ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese plain, a double quarter pounder with bacon with no cheese. Tickets on all sandwiches were exactly what we ordered. Upon opening only one quarter pounder was plain, the double appeared to have extra cheese and only one meat patty. Completely not what we ordered and had to make food at home (didn’t have time for that today!) So thank u for wasting my time and money and food, which was not eaten.

The past five times getting food from there our order was messed up. Receipt said one thing we got something else. Today I opened up my burger and it was half the size of the bun. The staff is also rude and the wait time can be up to 30 mins. This location has gone downhill the past few years.

Will no longer eat at this McDonald’s anymore. Ordered two McChickens just to get home and throw them out. They both were wrapped in thick black hair. It was absolutely disgusting and it isn’t the first time this has happened either. Employees don’t wear their hair up properly to avoid this. Previous time my husband received an undercooked quarter pounder that was still raw. Dinner time seems to be the worse time for issues with food. Cold fries, mess ups, and long wait times.

This location is physically incapable of making a correct order as of late. Last time I was here I asked for a burger with bacon and no pickles and I got a burger with no bacon and pickles on it instead this time I went here they charge me for the extra bacon. I never put it on my sandwich, and when they remade it, they didn’t even give me the proper toppings, but I was in a rush so I ended up never getting the right order
