Ordered dinner on App for dine in showed up at 7:20 pm. Door locked, went to other door it was locked. Tapped on door, woman behind counter began pointing to long line of cars in drive thru. After seeing I was not going to leave, she came & cracked open door & said I had to use the drive thru. When I told her I had ordered on the App for dine in, without giving any reason for the dining room being closed she said I had to use the drive thru. I then drove down 103rd St to the other Popeyes told them what happened & they showed me how to delete my order on the App. I ordered my dinner, paid cash & enjoyed my dinner. I will never go to the other 103rd St Popeyes again & if you care about good customer service neither will you.

My first and ONLY visit to this location was horrendous. The food was of acceptable quality, but the service and manager was worse than unacceptable. I ordered ahead for a drive thru pick up. Upon arrival and after waiting in the line at the DT, I was advised I must go inside to relieve my order. I have severe mobility problems due to my health, which is why I utilize the DT option. However, I did as they asked. After standing at the counter being ignored by the young man working the counter and him waiting on 2 other people who arrived after I did, I decided to speak up. The manager was within ear shot when I mentioned that I had been waiting long before the 3rd person whom he was always attempting to serve. She spoke up very rudely and advised that he could continue with this 3rd customer and that I should speak to her. I advised her I had placed an order more than 20 minutes ago and was waiting to be served. Continuing to be very rude and speaking with a serious attitude, she asked me for my receipt, which I pulled up on my phone and placed it on the counter. After refusing to pick up the phone and demanding that I hand it directly to her she finally compiled my order and gave it to me. I am a huge fan of the chain as a whole, and consider it the best quick service fried chicken chain available. But I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.

Literally, THE worst location I’ve ever been to. The wait, even after placing a mobile order, took forever. The employees attitudes were worse. Dirty floors, disgusting bathroom. Ugh! This location is newer so not sure what the deal is, but I’ll definitely be avoiding it.

Worst food ever. They just opened, how could food be cold in 10 minutes. Called for manager, he asked if I had receipt. I said yes. He told me to write his name on it and bring to store. Went back to store, he wanted food back. I told him I would go and get it out of garbage. Never go to a Popeyes again. My mom posted this.

I pulled in and ordered a meal in the drive through. 20 minutes later when I got to the window to pick up my meal the cook looked at my order and told me with all of the attitude a person can muster, “I don’t have that. Its going to be 15 minutes to make that.” I was on a lunch break like most people was confined a 30 minute break and waisted 20 of it to be told to wait 15. more minutes. Absolutely ludicrous!! The Church’s at the Circle K a block away took care of me in what seemed like second. Go there instead.

Extremely clean inside, they’re always high volume but worth the wait. The food is always fresh, correct and these guys hold it down! Manager’s great and I’ve seen her multiple times frying up food to keep up with the volume. Great job guys!

Waited 30 minutes inside with only 2 people ahead of us and ended up leaving to KFC down the street where we waited 2 minutes to get our food. There is zero percent urgency at this location and it’s not even busy. It’s also a new location and the cabinets are falling apart. My worst Popeyes experience by far. This place needs someone to come in and get their act together.
