The Detroit style pizza a couple of months ago here was amazing. It was square shaped and the crust was extra crispy and buttery. The past couple of times I’ve ordered the Detroit style pizza, the crust was rounded and dry.

Despite receiving the email saying my order was ready and in the portal, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be brought up to the counter area. The tracker on the website had said my order was completed before I walked in the store. If the technology is not correct, quit using it!

I haven’t ordered from Little Caesar’s since college and we won’t say how long ago that was. But I will tell you they have come a long way! They have a good variety of pizza, wings, bread sticks, dessert and soft drinks. I was so excited when i downloaded the app and saw the variety of food offered. Then I saw the prices and was really happy. I placed my order thru the app. The app was a minor problem. When I clicked create account a message appeared that the email address already existed. I pressed the back button and successfully logged in to the app. I successfully placed my order after entering my credit card. It said it would be 20 min I went inside to wait. The nice man behind the counter looked up my order on the register. Confirmed the order with me and went to the back. My order was ready in like 15 min. That was awesome!

I am not going to lie to you, I never have an issue ordering from here. We order maybe once a month and the pizza is always ok. I do not have any high expectations since I am ordering little caesars to begin with. It is always what I expect and they always give me what I ordered.
