Honestly I love del taco. However this location has consistently served me rotten and rancid taco shells. Tonight I once again ordered some tacos, of the dozen I ordered 5 of them were rancid and my family was spitting them out. This is the 4th time I have received rancid shells and food from this location. Which is impressive considering I’ve only eaten at this location 5 times. I do not recommend this location until they can show they can deliver the bare minimum.

This place is really gross, the workers are definitely rude. Laughing back and forth at each other. Their lobby hasn’t been cleaned in a while and it’s very obvious. Also disappointed that I wasn’t able to change my daughter in the bathroom. They don’t have any changing tables. Will probably never eat here again. They didn’t even wrap our food up all the way.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I have been to several all over the country making a point to eat here a couple times before my trips are over, but this one has to be my favorite. The food was delicious, the restaurant is nice and clean with lots of seating and parking. The food is really cheap and dare I say WAYYYYYY better than taco bell. If you haven’t eaten here please do! I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy!!

Employees do not know how to follow directions! I have asked multiple times for no cilantro and every time I get MORE cilantro. I’m paying for food I cannot eat. It’s food in trash. Maybe you should read directions! I can’t continue to pay for food I can’t eat.

On more than one occasion I show up there before 11:00 at night and the place is already closed down staff doesn’t give two you know what’s about the customers they’re all inside just chilling management is poor employees don’t care about customers almost like they laugh when they say that we’re closed because they know they’re not supposed to be they’re all in their partying it’s a shame Del Taco was good at least their other locations are this one just has piss poor management maybe it’s time to make a change find somebody who cares about their customers Castle Rock your whole town has pissed poor management
