My wife and I ordered Turkey Manhattan’s today to bring home. The food is always so good. But this time we ordered extra mashed potatoes and gravy which we did not get. The manager couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone for a customer. I was told that extra mashed potatoes and the extra gravy should be in the box twice, clearly I am looking in the box and the extra that I paid for was NOT there! The person that answered had no customer service etiquette whatsoever. The lack of customer service is disheartening with them yelling just come and get more then. I live 30 minutes away and have two children. Not happening today. Wow is all I have to say. Service would be a negative today if I could give negative points! All I can say is check your order before you leave! I wanted to set up to get another day but oh well. Lesson learned. Good thing Bridgeport has a wide selection of places to eat the same distance from home…

We ordered a takeout order, it was ready extremely fast. Everything in the order was made fresh and still hot when getting back to our room. The tendershave a great crisp on the outside, and perfectly moist inside. There popcorn shrimp was seasoned the best I’ve had, and there portions are awesome. I will for sure be eating here again when I can.
