I will only shop at QT. But this location has changed management and it shows. They aren’t too friendly and it seems like the frozen drinks aren’t working more often than they are. I don’t want to have to find another store other than QuikTrip but I like to be able to get my coffee like I have for the past several years. Please just keep the machines working.

QT is a smart company. But why do employees drain the tea’s without backup urns? They drain the unsweetened tea without a urn on the opposite side as a back up! I’ve seen this in a couple of stores. And they seem to do this when people are getting off work looking for a nice refreshing drink! Iced tea is a revenue driver….except when you don’t have any!

Horribly friendly employees! Not one of the 6 people in here didn’t say hello. Even the guy working in the back of the kitchen area. Also feels like a return to normal life. No masks anywhere. No shields. If you’re an America-loving citizen, this is the place to go!

Not a place you want to stop at during a pandemic… NONE of the employees were masked or social distancing. Very few if any customers were safe either. If you’re on a road trip and need snacks or restrooms keep driving.

Overall, polite staff and clean environment! Not a fan of the subs though which was very disappointing ) : They had way too much lettuce and no oil and vinegar. It didn’t taste like a sub at all. Wish they had a Wawa in OK.

Love QT’s and are always my first choice. Stopped here today and I couldn’t find any windshield wash stations with liquid cleaner. Noticed they also had a ton of bees circling the trash cans which may be an indicator of not removing trash in a timely fashion. Still giving 3 stars cause I’m pretty sure this isn’t normal based on the great/clean service I usually receive.

If someone could please give me the name of the worker that worked tonight i would be greatly thankful and will give a $5 reward but it’s only valid if i still do not get the name myself. My wife accidently left her phone there in the women’s bathroom and we are about an hour a away so we couldnt just come back ourselfs to check that fast so i asked her nicely to please check tje restroom for me and she said she could not and to call back at 6am which was very rude and i asked why can you not check the restroom and she rudely hung up. So please let me know tgis employees name so i can turn this into corporate. I actually know someone in corporate personally since her mother works in corporate so this will reported immediately. She should know who worked but it helps to know the name so that way she doesnt have to do extra work to get disciplinary action taken.
