Don’t come to this location awful employees. I tried to come in 15 min before close which we all know is kinda rude but I was going to get in and out really quick and make a small order. I work in the food industry and if we even lock the doors 5 min before close we get fired. The little ginger boy at the front counter had his AirPods in and made eye contact with me and said they were closed then I looked at my phone and it was 9:45 and they close at 10. Just very rude that two of them were on their phones and not even in the middle of their close, like how hard is it to throw cheese and steak on a tortilla and throw it in a press oven for 30 seconds.

Nobody looked up when I came in and I stood at the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time before the two employees fought over who had to help me. The place is MESSY also and there was only one other person in the entire restaurant. Lots of dirty tables, napkins empty, and crumbs, spilled drinks: looked like nothing was cleaned in awhile. I won’t go back if I can avoid that location.

If there were an option for 0 stars I would rate it 0. I’ve been to Loveland Qdobas however it was my first time in this location. I was across the way at Tmobile getting added lines/phone transfers done etc. and it was taking long, we all had eaten at the Qdoba in Loveland and were not hungry I did not know you had to purchase something to use the restroom nor knew they had a key lock code. I headed in and was stopped by an associate who seemed to be a lead of some sort. She was immediately rude saying “why are you back? Just to use the restroom, I let you use it once out of respect but you have to purchase something and restrooms are for paying customers only.” I said OK but this is my first time coming in here, you let my mother in law and son use it earlier. She just wasn’t having it saying “you people”. I mean what does that even mean. I felt belittled and discriminated against because I am Mexican American (not all of us look alike). I just said whatever and left. That was the worst service/experience ever, I will not dine there ever.
