Very rude back line girl named Heidi very disrespectful and laughing and talking to other employees about my issue that I had. And management was a joke the coward wouldn’t even come out and talk to me about the issue. Will never visit this location ever again! Jordan is the worthless manager and an another rude co worker named Hannah got her entertainment out of my problem that I encountered with my order!!! Meat not fully cooked and no lettuce and I asked for extra go figure and I asked for mustard instead of mayo and our burgers we’re swimming in the mustard just sloppy and not paying attention the the details!!! After spending $40+ dollars and getting the treatment that I received today at this location after being told on the phone my burgers would be reimbursed, that’s not what happened today when I went to return to give it another shot and then to have this horrible customer service was somewhere I will never go again!!!!! Coward owner is JORDAN……..

To be quite honest I am pretty disappointed. first time I’ve been I ordered a chicken sandwich and got one without the buns, and the second time I got a burger missing the patty. How do you forget this kind of stuff? The food is just so plain and dry. The Culver’s in Springfield is much better in my opinion.

Had the 10 piece Shrimp Dinner, it was delicious and exactly what I expected..Cole Slaw was fresh tasting and the fries were typical fast food fries, but the Shrimp were better than what I had at Red Lobster last week, maybe it’s just how long they are fried for, but they were good.

I recently applied for a job here and my interview was for July 2 at 2:00pm. I had received a text message confirming that my interview had been scheduled. I arrived 5 minutes early, went to the counter, and told one of the workers that I had an interview. After he went and got the manager for me (she was blonde with a scarred lip, I didn’t get names.) she had proceeded to tell me that the person who was supposed to do my interview had just left. So they told me to take a seat and explained that they had to wait to see who was “aloud” to interview me. After 30 minutes of waiting with nobody updating me, I told them to just cancel my interview and I left. This Culver’s seems very unorganized and not to mention the rudeness I received was unacceptable and unappreciated. The entire crew grouped up together and proceeded to talk negatively about me as I was leaving. I’m sorry but a 30 minute wait when my interview window was literally 2:00-2:30 pm is absolutely ridiculous. I no longer want the job but I will be speaking with Connie this following Thursday.

When you think of Culver’s, you think of fresh, juicy burger on a fresh butter bun. But, instead, you get a dried out burger with a piece of cheese on it ( not melted) and a bun that is all smashed and looks like it was stepped on a couple of times. So disappointing. Hopefully they can bring Culver’s back to Culver’s in Republic.
