Chilaquiles with eggs are soooo good. I like medium well eggs, and the chef did it exactly how I wanted. I can tell this is an authentic mexican Chilaquiles. Also, I would like to their other type of food.

I had the grilled fish tacos and my husband had a steal burrito. Both of us rated the food at a 10 on a scale of 1-10! Small place but very clean and excellent service! Definitely recommend for a quick bite.

Hard to spot unless you are looking for it. Well worth the trip though!! Friendly employees, better than average food pricing and amazing food!! Evidently only open for 3 months as of this post, but was told of plans and improvements in the works. Definitely a spot I would frequent if local.

Menudo was kick a$$!! Plenty of tripe with a thick broth. Better than your Mama’s homemade. Strong coffee is recommended after. The Chilaquiles were good too. Request them crunchy if that’s your flavor. Jesus and Andy do not disappoint with the customer service. Go make some memories with your family at Bubu’s.
