The burger was wonderful, but the Dr Pepper was terrible!! I don’t know what they put in it or didn’t put in it, but never again. On the way home we stopped at the nearest Casey’s and bought a Dr Pepper that tasted like a Doctor Pepper, which was much larger and less expensive. Shame on you Arby’s. Why would you put out such a wonderful burger, but pawn off a terrible cold drink? Doesn’t may real good sense!!!

Clearly this place has no idea what “the customer is always right” means. I asked for a MEAL LARGE SIZE and the lady didn’t give my drink to me and when I kindly asked her for it, she said “you didn’t ask for a drink” even though a meal comes with a drink. She said I asked for “large fries” and I told her I asked for a large size meal. She got snippy and gave me a medium drink for free after being visibly annoyed. Not to mention she was old, still not the right way to treat customers. Props for giving me a free medium drink though.

Shout out to ‘Taylor’ at the Indianola Arby’s! Her customer service skills alone will have me returning. What is lacking in society today is friendly banter, grace and a sense of humor.
