It was a holiday weekend and there were no other customers in the business. They had two dudes making sandwiches and a female standing near the register. Before Firehouse was sold they had a welcoming atmosphere. These workers could care less whether you patronize this business or not. And apparently management doesn’t check on their employees or they would be aware of their attitudes. There are plenty of other options that have people that appreciate your business.

Went there to order six subs(3 hook and ladder and 3 Italian to help make it easier) to take on the beach for my family. The gentleman said he could not complete my order because it was too large and was considered catering and needed to be requested 24 hours in advance. My mother who was there with me said no worries, then she can order the three and ill get the other three, so that way one order wasn’t “too big” and he still declined. Six subs is considered catering? It was 1045AM in the morning and no one was even in line, so they lost on profit and lost my business in the future.

6:15 Saturday night. Walk-in, 3 employees, 1 family of 4 seated in the restaurant. One of the employees says 25 min wait. Why?? Apparently placing priority on to-go orders ahead of walk-in. Won’t be back!
