I had high hopes, the location failed me. Overall the quality of the chicken and value as taken a sharp decline. You used to get pretty decent size chicken fingerz, that is not the case anymore. Blame inflation I guess. However this is not the only complaint. I ordered online through the app. and as we all know there is that delicate dance you have when placing a future order. Will my food be fresh or will they fill my order as they get it and then let it sit and get cold. Well it was the latter. When I arrived the dining area was empty (around 6pm). I was surprised but delighted, no line. However when I told the young person at the register I was there for a pick up, she graciously gave me my order. She was nice and friendly. I then proceeded to check my order. I ordered a 3 piece snack pax, a kids meal, a 6 piece tossed in nuclear sauce, and 2 4 piece meals, double fries.

Long drive thru line but she kept it moving pretty quick. When I got to the window she was very pleasant. I would have been frustrated trying to get all those orders in quickly. Read back over the order because it was a large order. Food was good and everything was there.

If I could no stars I would. These fried pickles look like they been sitting there all week cooked in old grease. Then I call to complain put on hold for 10 mins. So I drove up there when a manger finally came on the line. The worst part I waited over 10 mins in the drive thur I’m wondering for what. Zaxby’s is my daughter favorite fast food but she’ll have to find something else because I will never come back. Waste of $30 30 mins and 30 miles back and fourth!!!

I got in line at 8:41pm it’s 9:20pm still outside waiting for my food when I got to the register to pay I was already in line for 20 mins 8 mins after ordering when pulled up I paid and received my drinks and was told they need to drop chicken filets and was told to pull up I asked how long will that be he shrugged his shoulders and said i don’t know I said well how long does that take to cook he said about 5-10 mins so after already waiting 20 mins I have to wait another 10! I asked if I can get a refund he said yes or you can just pull up and turn your car off and wait I said I have children in the car and he just looked like a deer in headlights and said well.. I pulled off to wait seeing it’s dinner and I’ve already waited this long it’s now 9:25 I’m finally getting my food. It wasn’t busy but I understand sometimes it takes longer but 30 mins is crazy and the lack of empathy scrams poor customer service. Some advice drop food once ordered at speaker the chicken would’ve been coming up hot while taking care of other customers in process. Fast paced, multitasking, better communication skills needed

I sat in the drive through for 30 min at 730pm. The staff should be trained to speak to customers without using the word “huh” every third word. They were out of half of the items I requested and I found a giant portion of plastic along with my lettuce on a sorry excuse for a chicken club sandwich. This place needs some supervision.

$30 for the Family flavor by the pound meal. Seriously? 10 small chicken strips and 4 nuggets? Some stale tasting fries, absolute worst. We are done with this Zaxby’s. You will have less than a 50/50 chance you will be satisfied with the service or meal.

Tonight, 5-11-2023, my husband purchased a garden salad for me. He asked for NO cheese, no meat, and no fried onions. When he returned home and I was getting ready to eat my salad, there was CHEESE. I don’t eat cheese, so I went back to Zaxby, and I asked for a refund and a complimentary meal for my inconvenience. Christopher, the manager, said he could prepare another meal in lieu of the incorrect order. I said, “No, thank you, I’ll take the refund.”

Cold bread. cold, old, shriveled fries which was one potion split into two, instead of the two portions i asked for. Did not follow instructions on my order, which means i had to remove items i did not ask for and ask for items that i did. Old, soggy tomatoes, one measly half strip of bacon, ridiculously sized slices of cucumber. Since when all that black stuff comes on the grilled chicken??? More indicative of a dirty grill than anything… Why is every plate covered in greasy finger prints?! That means the same gloves and hands are touching multiple surfaces!! Vagrant harassing you for money, saying his wet sleeping bag is inside the restaurant. 1st time at this location, Wont be coming back! Chick-fil-A would never!!

This is the best Zaxby’s in Fayetteville in my opinion. No matter what side of town I’m on, I make a point of driving to this location if I’m going to Zaxby’s. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is so nice and accommodating.
