I’m not really a coffee drinker but I love matcha! So as the coffee places here in town started getting matcha drinks I’ve started trying them. I stopped here today to try the iced matcha with bubbles and a waffle sandwhich! So good. The sandwhich was hot and Crispy and the drink was so refreshing and sweet. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more!!

Popped in here yesterday to grab a mobile order. Super clean store, order was waiting already when I walked in, and as I walked up to the pickup area I was greeted by Coy and his warm smile. He confirmed my order and name, wished me a great rest of my day, and that contagious smile stuck with me as I left. Caribou has the BEST people. Starbucks has become so different, both in the taste of their espresso, and their people (both quite bitter), which is why I will always choose Caribou Coffee. Thank you, Coy, for brightening my day and for your friendly and professional demeanor. I hope to see that smile again next time I pass through the area!

I usually don’t go to this Caribou because I always have bad experiences here, but figure I would give them another try. I ended up waiting five minutes to get my order taken inside, and then it took them ten minutes to get my coffee out, and that was only after I asked a worker about it. I would be fine with this if it was busy, but it wasn’t at all.

Horrible. Ordered a nonfat caramel latte and they forgot the caramel in it. Not the first time my order was not made right. I did not go back as I was already on the freeway. The bagel was good.

Went to spend my gift card there. They were out of stock of the first item that was on my mind. They substituted for a similar product but I had to spend an extra dollar. Still, nice staff and nice interior. Not the biggest but that’s okay.
