I actually prefer the flavor of Papa John’s pizzas. I always order carry out. I never had a problem. Service seems to be fine everytime I go. My favorite pizza is the bbq chicken with bacon and light jalapenos. I never tried the meatballs so I tried it with pepperoni and spinach. It was a great combo.

First time ordering from this place. Order stated it would be ready in 18 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes and they told me it was not ready yet. That’s fine. I kindly waited an extra 10 minutes just to find out my order was sitting there from the first conversation when initially walking in. Really disappointed with the fact I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting to get my “ready” order standing behind someone ordering, yet there were three delivery driver drivers walking around doing absolutely nothing , one lady eating behind the counter and two other workers. No one even asked if I was picking something up or not. I could have been out earlier if someone would have just asked what I was waiting on. Instead this place is filled with workers who don’t bother to ask if you need anything. On top of my food being completely wrong.

Order my pizza online to include cheese sticks and wings and pizza. We need to go pick my order up. , check the boxes and the cheese sticks look like they have been sitting out. Eventually the manager came up and told me that he could not issue a cash refund and I knew that if I had of gotten them to remake them the. Rest of the pizza would have been cold by the time I got it home. He THREW the box down on the counter and proceeded to do something in the register which is when he told me he could t issue the refund. I grabbed the other items and pleasantly said no problem I’ll call corporate to which he replied he would issue me a store credit. I hadn’t planned on going back with the lackluster service and poor quality but I guess I’ll redeem my free pizza. Ease of ordering, especially with promo code made it even better. Definitely recommend this place, was able to eat lunch for under $5. The food was also delicious and was ready in 7 minutes. Will be coming back here soon! Don’t have actual picture of my food but this is what I ordered.

I normally don’t like writing bad reviews but I need to say this may as many times I order from here they get it wrong more than right either pizzas warm/cold but today I made a mistake and didn’t pay by card like I wanted to so I called the store to do so. The person who answered the phone with a major attitude. He cancel the order so I could reorder my food so I did and clearly there’s no onions ordered on my pizza but I got onions in my pizza still ate it because honestly didn’t want to feel like something might happen if I tried to get it fixed. The only reason I still order is for the deals and garlic sauce at this point.
