Simply amazing. We ordered a wide variety of their offerings and everything was fantastic! The Asada quesadilla was so good, we ordered 2 to go! There was a nice deck with picnic tables and top 40 music playing. The ladies were friendly and we barely sat down before our remote was buzzing-our food was ready! Many people came and went from this popular food truck while we were there and it was overall a great experience.

When I work in Bluffton, one of my go to spots for Mexican food is this truck. The salsa verde is just how I make it at home with the tomatillo and jalapeños and onions and cilantro. The tacos are flavorful and beef is very tender but what sets these tacos apart from others is that they serve the pickled carrots with it and it’s like a slaw, vinegary. It’s authentic. So good I couldn’t help taking a bite before taking a photo. Al pastor is my favorite, savory salty and slightly sweet meat. Perfect with the green and red salsa and the yummy pickled onions. I skip the carrots coz i don’t eat carrots lol but everything’s perfect.
