You may wait in line or wait for a server, but it’s always worth the wait. I love the tuna salad when I’m trying to behave. The cheeseburgers are worth an extra hour on the bike. Cream soda with ice cream! Homemade chips! Terrific little locals treasure.

Excellent, friendly service. Loved the Ga burger with peaches. Their sweet potato fries with marshmallow dip excellent! Ended with a traditional hot fudge sundae with wet walnuts. Much better than ANY service I get in Rome! Now, time to workout ♀️!

Sat at a table around 2:20 and placed our order. Order wasn’t brought out until 2:55 and no one was waiting on food but us. All the girls were standing at the counter and kept looking at us but didn’t bother to check where our food until we said something then our sandwiches were over cooked and fries were cold. Lousiest service I’ve ever received there and definitely won’t go back.

We figured it would be busy on a Saturday, but we stood waiting a longgg time to get a table. Then a longer time to get a menu and order drinks. Then a longer time to get our drinks and order taken. When we got our food, though it tasted good, we were VERY disappointed. The grilled chicken was the size of a tender, not a breast. The pickle was bigger than the chicken! The pickle was yummy. The sandwich was mostly bun. The tiny scoop of potato salad was served in a bowl, and looked lost in the bowl that could have easily held more. The cost for what we got was expensive. We get bigger, better grilled chicken sandwiches at Wendy’s for half that cost!

After visiting the Soda Fountain Cafe for years on our trips to Cleveland and enjoying it every time I was so disappointed when I visited it at the new location for the first time. My parents recently moved to Cleveland so I suggested going here for lunch. They commented the service was slow and terrible. They weee not wrong. The three ladies were not quick with anything and never visited the tables for anything but take or deliver food. They were more worried a lot hiding in the corner and checking their phones. The food is good but when you have to get up to get refills or ask for stuff and it takes forever to get seated or have order taken it makes you not want to go back 🙁
