⭐️ This place has so many problems where should so start.2 months ago I ordered a rice bowl and the guy made my bowl. As soon as I made it back to my job, I notice there was no rice in my bowl. Lettuce was taking place of my rice. The guy didn’t tell me they were out of rice. I go back to give them another chance 2 months later and another guy fixed my bowl and forgot to put rice in my bowl again. I called and he said he forgot so I was highly upset. I didn’t eat anything for lunch and starved because my job was very busy and I couldn’t leave work again. I go back later that night. I’m not going to lie the other guy offered to fix me another bowl without charge. As I am waiting in line, I see 2 roaches both mid-size and small crawling across. I was done and just couldn’t eat the food because the place have to be infested with roaches the way they were on the counter. Smh. Very very very disgusting.

Just choose somewhere else. They open at 11, but still weren’t set up by 11:30. Ordered our food and waited 20 minutes for them to start looking for the ingredients only to find that they didn’t have what was needed. Asked for a refund only to be told the manager has to handle that, but a manager isn’t there. Been waiting for a call back all day for a manager, but have gotten no response. Now I have to go in-person to demand my money back, or we will have been robbed. The one in Hammond is closed now, and the last thing I remember about that place was the flies everywhere. Make your life easier and go somewhere else.

Edited to add: Called back after two days because the charge went through and still no contact from the manager. The employee who answered said “the manager lives Shreveport and doesn’t visit the store, he’s really busy and has like 18 other businesses” then said she was sure he would call me back. I have disputed the transaction with my bank to hopefully get my refund.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They were supposed to be open two hours before when we got there and the doors were locked during business hours. Then I wasn’t able to even pick up my order due to the fact that they were missing an ingredient which I didn’t find out until after I confirmed that they were making the right thing and now I still have not received any refund (or even any communication) for food that we didn’t get. Totally unprofessional.

⭐️ My experience was pretty difficult with the evening crew. The service was fine. I was not alerted about there were not any rice in my rice bowl. I called later that day and believe Dylan answered the phone told me to come down and help out my situation / problem. I came back down later that night after work to show the food and all with photos. Both Dylan & Riley assisted me and made the situation better and had great customer service. My food was wonderful and made me aware that not any rice was made for the day. I highly appreciate them and think there should be more people around that work fast food like them. Gotta say the old menu that included breakfast pitas was a lot better. Them being open until 4am was nice too. What’s going on guys? Sherwood location permanently closed? I don’t understand. This is the only place I don’t mind spending $9 or $10 on a sandwich.

This happened a couple of weeks ago but I’m just now getting around to posting the review. We ordered online, both the site and Google maps said they were open. They called us told us they were closed, an hour and a half ahead of what it said. Alright, that’s fine, things happen, I get that.
