I absolutely love this place for a great chicken sandwich. They always use a great marinade and the grilled onions/mushrooms and cheese make it so tasty. However, I now have to order to go rather than sit inside because they use so much cleaning spray that the minute you walk in, that is all you smell. I appreciate their desire to keep things clean but when you are about to take a bite of a juicy sandwich and the staff are cleaning the table next to you which is now permeating everything, it just doesn’t work. I suggest you find a cleaning solution that has no smell. Then I would come inside again. But I will still continue to order for pick up.

The service here is excellent. It was my first visit and the lady who helped me answered all of my questions and gave suggestions. I had a bacon cheeseburger. It tasted great and was the perfect size. The food was fresh and tasted great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went late right before closing got the Knockout burger and fries. Burger was half price with side purchase grand opening special. The patty itself was large and seasoned and was all of a half pound. Typically burgers just get salted this patty had a definite seasoning mix which I enjoyed. The bin was light and did fine conveying the ingredients to my mouth without falling apart or being to bready. Overall very good burger. The fries seemed good a didn’t really get to try but a couple as my wife gobbled them up pretty quick. The burger made it home better than the fries but both did well. 4 stars because the burger came as on the menu. Typically burgers here seem to be a la carte make as you want since I had a pre-designed one I didn’t even think but it had no condiments no ketchup, mayo, mustard? I fault me and the menu design on that one. Overall tasty and filling so go again. Also price is normal for this type of establishment not good or bad although I always think double digits for a hamburger is rough.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and got the jalapeno burger to-go (no fries)… Took them ~10 minutes to make the burger, while I was hoping it would be “faster” everyone was working hard and I believe the burgers are made to order. Got it home and it was as good or better than any restaurant hamburger I have ever had… Big patty; juicy and well seasoned with a hint of “charr-ing” that was really good, jalapenos were similarly charred. Bun was perfect, not too big, and complimented the big burger really well. So glad I finally stopped by and I highly recommend.

First time at their new place across the way. Much nicer, bright and clean and tables are comfortable and not close together. Went their knockout burger and it matched its namesake. Well done burger and fries. Prices are still reasonable and i think even on the low side for what u get.

Took over 30 minutes after ordering to get our food and even then we had to go ask about it. It was just sitting behind the counter getting cold. Buns were stale, hard enough to ding when you tapped them on the table. This was our first visit and definitely won’t be back.

This is our favorite burger place. Some people like burgers with thin patties and this wouldn’t be the place them. Chapps has beefy burgers. I’m pretty sure the baby Chapps is a quarter pound. They are cooked to order and they have a wide variety of toppings available. They also have good chicken sandwiches. And I really like their BBQ sauce on the chicken or the burgers. I like to get a side of gravy to go with the fries. Their sweet potato fries are good too. After a burger and fries, I don’t have room for one of their shakes but my kids tell me they are delicious. Update: they no longer offer gravy. But everything else is still great!
