I frequent Panda Dynasty because of their delicious recipes. If the food was only so so, I would seek Chinese food from one of the many surrounding places. I do agree with the other posts. Since COVID19 the place has been slipping into a less than ideal repair and cleanliness. I hope they turn it around.

It is now June 24, 2023 and “due to covid” they still don’t have dine in. I don’t think they own any light bulbs either. If you’re not allowing dining inside then the darkness certainly can’t be for atmosphere. Light the place up, I couldn’t even see my credit card slip and had to walk it over to a window to see. The part of the restaurant I could see looked filthy. It makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. Maybe that’s why the lights are out. Somebody tell me where there’s a Chinese restaurant around Portage that is open for dining in and that has good food!

I have been coming to Panda Dynasty since before they merged, and they were Panda Forest. I drive from near Indiana and was always my go-to for the best Chinese. The last time I had it was not great but figured it was an off day. Stopped again today and I threw my food away. The crab Rangoons had so much SALT which I had never even tasted before. The chicken minced and the broccoli huge stalks. So disappointed I guess all good things must come to an end.

Covid is over. Huge restaurant and still takeout only? Come on! Area for pickup is dark and filthy. I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like. I got sick and I’m never going back.

Crab Rangoon had no crab in them. Just cream cheese. Sweet and sour shrimp was good. Egg drop soup was very bland. Asked for silverware and napkins. Did not get. Big price for a less than average meal.
