I would give a zero if I could. Online order, arrived for pickup a couple minutes early. They had given my order to someone else. They would not refund or remake the order. “How do we know who you are?” They asked. How about the receipt I am showing you. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau next and whoever else I can think of. No more money will be spent by me at this restaraunt or any of their affiliates.

My boyfriend just visited this location tonight 08/02 around 8:45pm not knowing that they were closing at 9pm. Nonetheless, he went in there to get me a quick bite before a long trip on the road and the two women working in there were extremely rude and hasty with him. They told him he couldn’t get the bread toasted because they weren’t doing that this late and giving him major attitude. If you’re that eager to go home then lock the doors 15 minutes early. Don’t get upset if the hours are what they are and people come in. We have always supported this franchise and have never been treated this way.

Thanks to T mobile Tuesday we sought this place out and I’m grateful. Staff was friendly and courteous. Subs were very generous size(we got mediums) a very good overall experience. I like Firehouse because their subs are more like hoagie style that I’m used to from the Jersey/Philly area, so way to go guys. Would definitely recommend. Oh and the brownies are awesome:)

To the owner. You should teach your evening crew some customer service. I stood at the counter for a few minutes without being helped. Not even a welcome or can I take your order. I was the only one in line and they stood there talking amongst themselves without acknowledging my presence. I love firehouse but this was a bad experience. I left.

Holy smokes. I don’t know how I’ve never heard of these subs before. Absolutely delicious. I went here because my wife found out that people with my name got a free sub that day with any purchase (apparently it’s a promotion that they’re running with different names each day). Never having been here, I had no idea what to get, so I stood there staring at the menu for far too long. The staff was very patient and understanding. I never felt rushed.
