The employees were extremely polite and got food out as fast as they could, although they were backed up from door dash orders. The manager was awesome offering people free food or deserts and remaining calm through it all.

Great Service!!! Food was mediocre. Taste was just off. The chicken was fatty. Parts of it were inedible. Fish was very greasy. Needed a napkin to get the excess off. Clam straps were burnt.

I ordered the 2 piece fish, 3 piece chicken variety platter on 12/22/22 and it was extremely greasy. I used the drive thru and received fast courteous service but that could not make up for the greasy food. LJS is greasy by nature but this was crazy greasy!

I get that it’s fast food but this place is awful. Literally. First off, they close at 7 most nights. Like what!?! Second, I was there at 6:50, all the lights off, no one answering the drive through (lobby is always closed apparently). I went to the window and asked if I could order and the manager snapped at me that no, they are closed…even though it’s not 7…. The time before I ordered 2 extra shrimp and an extra fish with my order and hush puppies and fries with the platter. I got the standard 2 hush puppies (no extra) and no extra shrimp or fish. I went back to get it and was basically told too bad. Even though I paid for it because! They were “closed” again about 5-10 minutes before the closing time. Don’t even bother with this place. I don’t know if it’s a franchise store or part of the corporate chain but damn, but seems like management needs to be replaced, she is awful. Normal workers seem fairly nice.
