(Long Review)The black manager or whatever she is with the purple/pinkish weave is very unprofessional, loud and was cursing. I asked for a steak dinner with double hash browns and my topping was sliced cheese, chopped bacon, ham and jalapeños. They gave me a steak and single plain hash browns on one plate and single hash browns with SHREDDED cheese and jalapeños on another plate. The shredded cheese looked cheap, I didn’t like the way it was melted on the hash browns and not meat. I brought it to my server attention that I didn’t have no ham or chopped bacon. She told the cooks which the lady with the purple hair are one of them that they didn’t put ham and chopped bacon in my DOUBLE hash browns. They said the server didn’t put ham on the order and they offered me sliced bacon. I told my server I didn’t want the hash browns I’ll just pay for the rest of my food, the sever said let her see what can she do about it. She went and told the purple hair lady that I didn’t want me hash browns and she shouted out that “She have to pay for the food cause she ate off it, you know the rules we not doing that she have to pay for it”. I told her I wasn’t paying for no food I didn’t it and that was just that. She took the hash browns off my ticket but she was ver unprofessional about the situation. If you want people to give y’all a good review (which y’all asking every person that walk in the door to do so) y’all should try people right and cook they food how they order it not how y’all want to cook it.

I am currently sitting in huddle house RIGHT NOW, and I have been waiting for over 40 minutes to be served. I was just asked 30 minutes ago what I wanted to order. So for 30 minutes, I have sat and watched people that came in after me be served, and I’m being over liked as an after thought. I should not have to make my presence known in an establishment that serves people. This is beyond ridiculous!

Today we visited this huddle house location for the second time and had the same wonderful experience. When we walked in we were greeted by the same waitress as last time and she actually remembered us. Our waitress, Claudie, is an amazing waitress. She makes sure that everyone is happy and feels like family. She even brought us refills before we even finished our first in case she got busy. Everyone at this location treat us as family and makes us feel so welcomed. The entire staff is amazing and genuinely love their jobs. We will be back again!
