I pre-order about 10 min. Before I pick up. I sit in the drive thru for another 15 min. I get up to the window my order is still nor ready. They are very slow and rude when you say something. 90% of the time the coffee is made wrong and gross. I recommend not to go.

i’m sorry, but i do not recommend this dunkin’. the employee was very nice but the drive through took forever, my order was wrong, and the lid on my drink was crushed down incorrectly on my cup which caused me to spill all over the front of my shirt while drinking. i don’t recommend going here…

Literally left because we stood at the register waiting patiently to order for nearly 10 minutes while 4 staff completely ignored us. Used the restroom, which was a huge mistake, super gross. I hate giving poor reviews, but I would rather drive 10 minutes extra to the next Dunkin than ever return here. Worst Dunkin ever.

Definitely suggest ordering ahead at this location in particular. Staff doesn’t take orders from the counter well or in a timely fashion. I waited for 10 minutes to order my son a hot cocoa and a donut. The drive through is dreadfully slow. At times it’s taken over 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. It’s a disaster.

I love dunkins, but I will go out of my way to go to a different coffee place or location if I have time to. I haven’t had an espresso drink from this location in months that didn’t taste burnt, I only get non-coffee drinks from here. Underpaid and unfriendly employees. Go somewhere else.
