The Kung Pao smells like urine and the peanuts were just thrown on the top. The fried rice has too much soy sauce! Who makes fried rice like this?? The lo mein is just oily and has no flavor. This was absolutely disgusting folks! If I could give it a negative number review, I would. This is a big NO for Chinese food!

I have had many bad experiences with this place but depending on who the cook is, the food can be good. Two days ago I ordered $50 worth of food, midway through my shrimp fried rice, I found a long black hair. I have short tightly curled hair so it was obvious it wasn’t mine. I called and the manager told me I can get another shrimp fried rice but who is going to eat after finding a three inch piece of hair in the food? No one! I asked for a refund, denied. I told her I’d bring all of the remaining food which was a lot because literally I could eat nothing else afterwards. I asked for a comp meal for a later date, denied. Only the shrimp fried rice would be comped because it had hair in it. Obviously the same person who made the rice and dropped their hair in it, made the rest of the food and likely to have made the “replacement” dish as well. Everyone knows that food workers often do things to customers food when they’ve been “difficult” but quite frankly I feel as the manager and the one who’s hair it obviously was, you could’ve done things differently. So I asked who the owners of the restaurant were, SURPRISINGLY they’re gone on “vacation”.. right. So I advised her to pass my information to them and she agreed she would. Two days later, no response. No call. No follow up. Another time, they put water chest nuts in the food when it was specifically told to remove anything with a peanut base from the food due to a peanut allergy in the home. Surprise surprise, there were nuts. We had to literally play back our camera footage to the owner where we clearly requested to not put any nuts in the food before they even offered any kind of solution to the problem. HELLO!!!! Nearly killing a child wasn’t enough proof of your staff members dropping the ball!!!??? Ridiculous. What did they offer, another order but nothing else. That was a $100 order then. They do not care about their customers. They do not care about running a reputable business. This place is disgusting and the people there are just as well. Suddenly you’re no longer allowed to see in the kitchen to monitor your food. Where there are no safety and health protocols being followed or enforced. Meanwhile the chef sits in the back and cooks, sweats and wipes his arms across his face and our food but you pay for cheap Chinese food, you get just that! Thanks for living up to your trash reputation. The timelines for food are terrible. You can spend an hour waiting for pickup and still not have your order done until you go complain and then suddenly they’re waiting on one thing for fifteen minutes filling up the entirety of the order. Should you need delivery, better have exact change because the driver doesn’t give you any. Which is ridiculous after waiting an hour after being quoted “10-15 minutes“ and getting luke warm food. Oh and if you order a certain amount, they won’t even start your order til you come in and pay for it. Go literally anywhere else. Panda Express isn’t far if you want fake Chinese or hunans is close by as well. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

So bad. SO bad. I’ve seen this place go through many workers, cooks, and even owners. But as of December 2022, I will NEVER return. Nothing has flavor. It was about 5 pieces of meat and a whole bowl of vegetables. I spent nearly $20 for disappointment, blandness, and overcooked rice. The only thing that was even remotely decent were the egg rolls. You couldn’t pay me to go back here. They don’t do refunds, and it’s very clear why. They wouldn’t be in business due to everyone demanding a refund.

They were rude over the phone to begin with, I had ordered sweet and sour chicken and the guy said that because I didn’t request the sauce to “sweet and sour chicken” over the phone that it didn’t come with the order. That’s ridiculous!! The guy informed me I wouldn’t be able to go back and get sauce. The food tasted like cigarettes. Highly recommend not getting food from here!!

This used to be my number one chinese take-out place to go to back in 2014. I purchased chicken fried rice without vegetables July 6, 2023 and it looked orange, oily, and smelled like urine. The service was horrible and I was verbally disrespected because I returned the food and requested my money back. Horrible food, unprofessional worker, and a very distasteful atmosphere.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I just received. The soda had no ice, was warm and flat. The fried rice was missing from my order. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I called to voice my concern. I asked the manager to refund part, not all, of my order since I live about 20 minutes from this restaurant. He said I could come get the rice or could take a code for fried rice and two egg rolls to be used within one month. He said those were my only options. Since I was only on that side of town for other business, I do not foresee me going that way just to use that code. What a waste of $15.

Ordered take out this week from Wong’s after seeing they changed ownership. We ordered the King Pao Chicken, Sesame Chicken and bowls of Hot and Sour and Wonton Soup. Everything was great! It was made to order, not overly salty and packed with fresh vegetables. The service was also excellent and the girl working the counter made sure everything was in the take out bag prior to delivering the food to me. We will definitely be trying other dishes there

First and Last time I’m going to this place. They call this fried rice which cost $8 for a small container. The noodles had too much garlic flavor. Their egg rolls are actually small spring rolls. I would not recommend this place. Find something else.
