My husband and I order takeout from this Chili’s once or twice a month and I’m always so impressed by the level of service and friendly attitude of the staff. Are usually call after the order is placed to ask to have the salmon on my salad blackened and they’ve always been super nice about it, never once forgotten, and usually even confirm when I pick it up that they went ahead and took care of that for me. With a smile and a “have a great day” on top of it. The food is consistently good but it’s the staff that makes all the difference for us. Thank you guys!

Are you kidding me? Chili’s has the best stuff and the staff is helpful and caring. Does this sound like too much? When you are a Senior Citizen you will understand how important these things are. All the good things to have in there are priceless for what you receive. I look forward to going there at least a couple times a week.

Brandy, I believe was her name, she was awful. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life. She didn’t do anything except take our order. Other servers filled our drinks, brought our food ,napkins, straws, etc. Literally, all she did was take our order and bring us the check. I had a salad. No meat. It was ridiculously poor service and she was not busy. We we one of her only tables. She did spend a lot of time chatting with the bartender, though.

This Chili’s didn’t have a wait for a Saturday night. We got seated right away. Our server was very attentive. We ordered drinks a d chips and queso. Food came quickly. I ordered the 3 for $10? And got the the carne asada. It was good. Overall, great experience.
