Called in to place an order for about three friends and spent around $75 and we were upset that we were MANDATED to leave a 15% tip on top of the amount we purchased at the pick up window which came to an extra $10. We weren’t informed about the extra gratuity that we were MADE to pay at the time of our called in order. Didn’t even go inside and sit down to be served at a table. Back in time you could voluntarily leave a tip on the table for the service that was provided, and/or give a tip voluntarily at a drive-thru. Think it’s wrong to Mandate a 15% tip at a drive thru window especially when prices and minimum wage have increased!! Just a warning if You plan to spend over $50 at the drive thru you will be MANDATED to leave a 15% tip!! Don’t mind tipping but when you are forced to tip what they say and then they just hand you your food out the window, it just doesn’t make much sense. Food was good, but not a good first time experience ☹️

I always enjoy the drinks and sweets when I come here. My favorite is the berry parfait and on my last visit I really enjoyed the London Fog. The staff is always friendly as well and I try to always support small businesses ❤ Update: I have been loving the wraps there are about 3-4 options, the perfect lunch when I’m not meal prepping

The ladies that work here are always so friendly and I never have a huge wait time for my order, whether it’s drive thru or dine in. My only complaint is I’ve been here about 5 times and I just learned today that they have stamp cards

Always happy with the service and food at Sidekicks. They have great sandwiches and salads and they are worth the wait. I’m happy to see they are open during this time, just wish they were open a bit later than 2.

This place is close to my home and I will drive out of my way for coffee rather than go here. I have tried them so many times, hoping to get something I like, but it hasn’t happened. The pastries are practically frozen when handed to you, the drive through is really slow, I had a chai latte once and it had massive chunks of powder in it, I couldn’t even drink it, I had to throw it out. I really wish this place was better because it’s super convenient on my way to work.
