Used to love this place. Recently have been getting cold, soggy pizzas even though we place orders ahead of time. I see pizzas sitting out in the back without being placed in boxes or the oven. Today, I received crazy bread that was cold and not garnished with the usual oil/butter and cheese. Pizza today was sunken, cold, and soggy. Unacceptable for an establishment that coins the phrase “hot and ready.”

Worst experience ever. The staff were so rude and not doing anything.. Taking selfies and sweeping air? They told us our food would be ready in 15 min… We ended up staying for an hour. They even gave us attitude and asked if we payed. We had our receipt which saved us from being told we didn’t. Our food was already room temperature. it wasn’t even our order. It was someone’s phone order. I’ve never had a worst experience in a pizza place. Only one worker was doing their job. Others were doing nothing as we waited for our pizza…

Dishonest location and manager. I have been given the runaround on a refund for a canceled order since June. Still no refund, August 15th! Manager is rude, answers the phone with “hello” has no name. Luckily I got my bank involved and they will handle the issue.

Ordered online. The pizza was sitting out of the portal for 25 mins before I finally asked where it was. Was handed cold food and told it wasn’t their problem. Then the white trash manager didn’t want to replace the food and only wanted to offer a refund for 1 pizza of the 3 things I ordered. She’s a can’t. Do better.

The employees there were very vibrant with their friends outside of work which was a bit much at 10 pm but ya know, they’re young and having fun. Pizza didn’t take too long since they were out of hot n ready pizzas since they closed in an hour. The employees all seen to get along and have a fun time.
