First let me start with, I like Zaxby’s very much, however the food rating does have to reflect the quality and quantity of what you receive relative to the price point. That is why it is scored low. These prices keep going up, and seems the portions and quality gets worse. That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Also do not slap labels around like “handcrafted” when it’s literally store bought simple syrup pumped into your sweet tea. Not even properly blended, just shot in there.

Today, I waited in line for several minutes, which wasn’t the issue it was the fact the young lady said order when you like I did just that, then she comes back on the mic and says it I again I said I did order she stated well I didn’t hear you shouldn’t have been her response. I’m also in the food service industry as a SOUS Chef, and I’d never allow my staff to have that demeanor or attitude for her obvious lack of attention or training. I hope this comment finds the right people to adjust the morale and character of your companies front-line ambassadors of your product. Won’t be returning here again, smh.Poor customer skills make your food horrible.

I was looking for it to be more of a traditional restaurant that serves chicken like KFC or Popeye. The menu was somewhat disappointing as well as the chicken. We ordered 20 wings and fries, and got wingets and what amounts to a small size fries. My sons rate the chicken a 3 out of q0, with 10 being delicious. They said the wings were bland, dry, and hard. I know that I won’t be visiting this franchise when I come back down south.

I loved this location and will remove this review when done but ever since the new year, they always forget the sauce in the box. I order 1 extra sauce then have to ration it out for 9 tenders with my girlfriend. Please please please fix this. update-they fixed the sauces but totally forgot my fried pickles

I had the house salad with fried chicken and ranch and low cal. Vinegar dressing. The low cal Vinegar dressing is super yummy it added some delicious tang and sweetness to my salad and made it so much better.

They were closed on Easter. I understand that businesses have holiday closures, but they should have posted holiday closure on the website! A wasted trip, but thankfully, Cracker Barrel was open. Their fried chicken reminds you of good old-fashioned home cooking.

9/27/22-Last time getting anything from this location. This is the worst zalad I have had from Zaxbys. Wilted lettuce with one large tomato slice just thrown into the container. No wonder their score is a 93, they do not care. Cashiers have bad attitudes as well. Terrible!
