First time I’ve been in since location was moved several months ago. I was not impressed by the “cleanliness” or rather the lack of cleanliness was apparent I should say. While sitting waiting for my order I was horrified to see the cook come out and with her BARE hand scoop pepperoncini out of the container In one of the former subway veggie containers in the bar. The cook then proceeded to plop them on a plate and hustled back to the kitchen. I myself have worked many years in food prep and have in the past taken and passed and was the certified serv-safe employee where I worked….I honestly probably will not return to the pizzeria. Why are young teens/adults left to run what once was a very nice place to get good pizza? I can only imagine the germs that transferred from her hand right into the food container. Ugh!

Well I’ve tried for the past 15 minutes to try to place an order every time I try to call it says enter your code to go through with this call then I tried to do their chat thing well that is a joke cuz nobody ever says anything back so if they don’t want business that’s fine but don’t post things for you to try to call in an order and then don’t do it it’s ridiculous You don’t run a business like this not happy and I won’t recommend them to anyone and I haven’t even tried the food yet

I love the pizza at Olde Thyme, the sauce is very sweet. Their wings are amazing too, although I can’t brag about flavors because I only eat plain. They have good meat on them though.

Never again. I waited at the register for almost ten minutes before someone came out to take my order, a chicken parm sandwich. The chicken was old, the bread was cold as was the dining area. I don’t think the temp in the dining area was above 40 degrees. I’ll never go back here.

Im from Las Cruces New Mexico and I am a truck driver with Prime. I delievered a load of lumber to Us lumber here in claysburg and was against my 70 hour clock so i decided to do a 34 hour reset here in Claysburg. Olde Thyme pizza and subs is now one of my favorite little honey holes ive discovered in this great nation. They have an extensive menu and a small charm to their restaurant. It was nice and clean and a relaxxing atmosphere and the food was great.

Ordered dinner at 6:30 didn’t get here (5 miles from the business) until 7:45. The pizza was cold. I only tipped the poor delivery kid because he wasn’t from around this area and got lost. Called in to talk to the manager and she was so rude and just plain unprofessional. Definitely lost my business. I will not refer them to anyone I know. Thanks for the horrible customer service. If your short staffed, hire more employees!
