Writing this as I am sitting outside the hearts center witinh on my order that is a half hour late. Ten minutes ago the manager who is 5 minutes away said my order had just left. He explained it as they were busy and that’s just how it is.well here it is, gotta go and only 35 minutes late but still slightly warm enough to be edible.

The order was wrong. When I opened the box, the pizza wasn’t what I ordered and there was a piece of the box laying on top of my pizza. They also gave me the wrong dipping sauce that was an additional price. When I finally got through to the store, the young man that answered the phone said “Oh yeah. Sometimes pieces of the box get on the pizzas”. It wasn’t a problem for him but it was for me. It’s not acceptable. He did offer to send me a coupon which I did accept because his first offer was to come back and pick up a different one. No, that wasn’t acceptable either. I’m very angry and I told him this Domino’s wasn’t going to get a good Yelp review.

This domino’s… it does things to me. If you want the answers to the seven wonders of the world, have a pizza from this specific domino’s location. Smile on every single one of their faces. If corporate doesn’t give these fellas a raise, then dominos as a franchise deserves to fail. This location is the backbone of dominos. They even washed my hands for me after I relieved myself in their beyond clean bathroom. If I could give ten stars I would.

Excellent pizza! I love the crunchy thin crust. They make it fast and get it out fast. Only problem is that the delivery drivers always have a hard time finding me. I order regularly. I go to Davita Dialysis on Broadway, only 2 minutes from them. The drivers always get lost and don’t know the system. I’m in a dialysis chair and I can’t go out snd wave them down. It’s 1701E. Broadway, Suite G02.Go in and press the buzzer. Hold it down a couple of seconds.A nurse will come and get it..Thats. it.. If/when they can deliver it without getting lost and calling me repeatedly,, I’ll change it to 5 stars. Everything else. about Dominoes is 5-star great!

Came to pick up my pizza with an e-gift card code and employee/manager was immediately dumb disrespectful and acted liked it was the worst thing anyone has ever done in the entire world. I was frustrated with his response and he got all defensive and said I was disrespectful. I challenged him on it, and he told me to leave and “showed me the door.” He groveled when I wouldn’t pay for my pizza after that paltry experience. Pathetic!
