Decent place for quick Chinese food. Fried rice and noodles were quite bland and side were quite okayish. Had spring roll which was quite decent . Apart from that honey walnut shrimp and chicken were quite decent. There could have been more taste too good which was missing.

i usually don’t leave reviews, but after this experience i feel i need to share. we did an online order 1 bowl, 1 plate, and 2 spring rolls, picked it up, and then headed home. we didn’t think to check the bag but after this we will always check to make sure, lesson learned. we got home and the bowl was correct, however the spring rolls were missing, and when we opened the plate that was supposed to have 2 servings of low mein, orange chicken, and the beef broccoli. to our surprise it only had the beef broccoli, and it was ice cold, not just from the 5 minute drive home, but like it was never warm. very disappointed!

Customer service good, however, I order 2 orders of the honey walnut shrimps to go. They put both orders in small a la cart…when I got home and open the container, they only gave me 8 shrimps…keep in mind, they charge $2.00 extra for shrimps…so I was charged $4.00 extra dollars, on top of the original cost…for only 8 shrimps! Are you serious?? Count your shrimps before leaving…tried to call location, but unfortunately they close at 9:30pm. I’m speechless and shrimpless!

I got to the restaurant at about 8:45 pm. Half empty food line. Barely any beef items selection. Rushed up food service. I had to ask for every sauce. He forgot the teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken. Never any management present. I have given several opportunities, and returned with the hope they get better, but I wasted time and money. I won’t return anymore.

Ordered on the app 15 minutes before I arrived, got a text saying it was ready when I walked in. They had not started it and walked around for awhile trying to figure out where it was. Then they started making it without talking to me. Had to wait how long again because they ran out of what was in my order. They didn’t apologize or anything. Just handed me the food without saying a word.

Worst Panda Express I have ever been, kun Pao chicken tasted so salty and does not have any red pepper or spice like other panda place. For a plate with two main, I received total 7 pieces of meat, rest all vegetables.

It’s my first experience in this place in Frisco and for me this is last time. I don’t like very big portions, but this time it was minimum of minimum, half of half bowl noodles and 3-4 orange chicken. We asked take away and personal did not put forks and cookies with wishes.
