I caught the sign of this place driving down PCH, heading to Crystal Cove, and being from The Bronx, I HAD to stop in and check it out for myself. Well, I’m floored. This is the most authentic/accurate flavor and texture of “NY Style” Pizza I’ve had in SoCal. I don’t know how they did it, but I would argue this is legitimately indistinguishable from the real deal. Add to that the fact that for $5 you get “two” slices (they’re comically oversized). I’m absolutely coming back.

They were in a hurry to close, within an hour of still being open. A pile of kids blocked the majority of the restaurant. I thought the kids were fine, inconvenient maybe, but nothing bad, management seemed to be irritated by them. Pie was good, but took too long. Garlic knots were great.
