When I arrived, I ordered an 8 piece meal (mainly for the biscuits). When I ordered, I got mac and cheese for the side. They said it would take 15 minutes, so I waited because I really wanted the biscuits. After about 15 minutes they brought out the food, so I drove home. When I pulled the food out I looked around for the biscuits, but they weren’t there. So I drove back to ask what was up. When I got there and asked, they said their oven was broken so they gave me cookies instead WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!!!

I have only been to KFC a few times and don’t know much about the menu but the worked taking my order was super sweet and patient with me. The food here is also delicious and fresh and has become one of my new favorites. They’re fries are very tasty and I always look forward to ordering from here.

Chicken was as expected. Knowing it was fresh, I opened the container on the way home to ensure it wouldn’t get soggy. This was for a family picnic. Staff said 15-20 minutes wait for fresh – it was more than 25 and I had to walk in to check on our order. Usually I’m discounted for getting all dark meat – not this time. I’ll consider Albertson’s or Rosauers next time I’m craving PFK / KFC.

How is it that nearly every time I order through the drive-thru, something is wrong with my order. Can’t blame it on short staffing either because it’s been happening for a long time. From now on, I will sit at that drive-thru window and check my entire order. I don’t have these issues at other places, only KFC.

Chikin was fyyyeeee!!! As always KFC pumpin out the goods. Fries are dank and underrated IMO. Biscuits are top notch, mashed taters are meh but it’s whatevs. Chikin tenders are pretty hot there but the regular fried chicken is too teir fam. The Yee ole Colonel has truly outdid himself.
