Bdubs is one of my favorite restaurants but man they all seem to be falling short on to-go orders. They’ve downsized the sauce containers and the amount of fries in a regular to-go size was the same amount you get for a kids meals. They had it ready quickly but it was really disappointing.

A below average experience for Buffalo Wild Wings in my experience. The food was good, but the service was sub par. Avery was our server and she did not provide great service. It felt like she thought it was a chore to serve our table. She was never around when we needed her. She did not offer to get us drinks until I specifically asked on her third trip to our table. I observed her attitude towards the other table she had at the time and it seemed as if she provided them much better service with a better attitude. More than likely will not be returning.

Service was slow and my order was wrong. Instead of remaking it to the correct order, the cook just doctored up my order to resemble what I originally ordered. It was not good. Usually BWWs are fairly consistent and we’ve enjoyed them all, but this one missed the mark entirely.

After being seated, no one stopped at our table to take a drink or food order. Where we were seated the hostess picked up two menus left on the table before us, seated us with new menus. As we were leaving because no one came to our table to welcome us, the hostess picked up our menus and seated another couple there. I understand places are short staffed, there was one table seated and one customer at the bar. 4 servers walking around and a bartender.

They forgot part of our order, they didn’t have the sauce I wanted to buy, the guy got really confused as he was taking a pretty simple order. The eating area was closed due to a broken pipe supposedly. Not a great experience, plenty of other places to go close by that give better service.

I was overjoyed with how fun and friendly the entire staff was. The hostess, our waiter Christian and management were amiable. This was the first place my coworker and I chose to eat at after we flew into town. The food was delicious. We had the wings and chicken nachos. I will be back before I leave to fly back home. Pick up order. Dried out boneless wings and the bone in were hard with sauce on them. Forgot the fries with the combo order. $57 and just not a good dinner. Fried pickles not crispy. Was suppose to have ranch sauce but got all blue cheese. Just overall not up to BWW standards. Wish we had picked pizza
