This Burger King used to have fabulous food and they were very attentive to their customers. Now the place is in such bad shape by management that I can’t even put Lane to closed on the billboard for ordering. It has been 2 weeks per the management that’s at Laine was not working I gave them my food order in Lane one and they still managed to mess it up. The food was cold and made incorrectly. I had not visited this location in almost a year because I received bad service and now after waiting a year to give them another chance it looks like I won’t be back for several and recommend that you do not as well McDonalds is serving food three times the speed much faster and correctly. When I asked for was the chicken ranch club as clearly seeing the picture on the ordering they had no earthly idea what I wanted and gave me a rodeo sandwich instead as seen in the picture.

It took 50 minutes to get my order from start to finish. My fries were cold and I sent them back after waiting 35 minutes. There was no one in the drive thru. Worker were standing around laughing and talking. I also absorbed workers making food for themselves and not putting the customer first. When giving my order after acknowledgement I was told to wait a moment. I thought there was only one worker?? In all this was one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered.

I wished I could give 0 stars. We ordered 1 whopper combo with cheese and we also ordered 1 whopper jr. combo with cheese, and 2 spicy chicken jr. sandwiches. We tried to call to let them know that something was wrong with the order and their telephone number on the website is different from what’s on the receipt. Anyway, I called and asked for A manager and he said speaking and I explained what was going on. Well anyhow, Both of the burgers had cold meat not even like warm that looked as if it had just been sitting for hours, lettuce was brown, cheese was just sitting on the burgers cold and not even melted well ain’t that something… Burgers weren’t even hot!!!! Both spicy chicken jr. Filled with grease grease was even all over my hand I took A napkin and grease even filled the napkin it seemed as if the spicy chicken jrs. We’re dipped back into grease and the lettuce was also brown on both and guess what hardy any spicy glaze on either one of them period. How do you even serve something like that out the door!!!! Manager did A apologize but it wasn’t sincere, it seemed as if he didn’t care at all what all was just said when the whole order is wrong that is A problem and A waste of food!!!! This place needs better management and A better staff!!! Horrible experience!!!!!

The staff were rude and didn’t give me all of the food that I paid for. The clerk had a nasty attitude and the food was old and cold. I was not satisfied with the service here.
