So I order online around 9:45 and didn’t receive my order until 11:25 or so. Mix up with my order being takeout instead of delivery. Pizza was cold, but still decent. Didn’t taste fresh and cheese was cold and hard already.Think it was the same pizza from earlier, even though they said they were remaking the order, because the first one was sitting over an hour. They are only about ten minutes from me in traffic. I usually love ordering from here today wasn’t one of those days. Update: received an email from papa John’s customer resolution, played email tag over two weeks only to be promised a full refund credit on my last order that I still to this day have not received I don’t care how good your garlic sauce is, it’s not worth the lies and bad service I received. I’ll be ordering Teddy’s Pizza from now on.

Do not order from this location! Recently placed an order directly through the Papa John website. When I received my food I noticed that I received the incorrect dessert item so I attempted to contact the store to notify them that they had given me the wrong thing. I contacted this location no less than 7 times via phone and NO one answered. Each call lasted a little over 6 minutes. I called the contact center for Papa John by going through the store’s phone prompt for placing a new delivery and was finally able to get through to someone. However, the representative who spoke with me blatantly disconnected our call and a second representative (after calling again) simply rerouted me back to the store’s direct line (after I had already told her I contacted them 7x’s to no avail) where I was yet again disconnected.

I was so shocked that when I received my pizza, which was $10 for a medium with pepperoni and cheese only, I was shocked when I opened the box. Little Cesar’s pizza looked mote juicy and had more pepperoni on it. Plus, on top of that, it was slightly burned on the crust. I started to go back in and complain, but that would have made me late for my appointment.

You don’t order Papa John’s for the atmosphere, you just want consistent pizza. It’s typical Papa John’s. I will say they often go light on the toppings. We like mushroom pizza and rarely get many mushrooms. I’ve started ordering double mushroom, and even that doesn’t get the topping loaded on there. At least they are consistently fast making the pizza. We don’t do delivery, so can’t speak to that.

I literally always have the worst experiences here. But they are the closest pizza spot that delivers so it’s like I’m forced to order from here, but they are horrible at communications, and they never answer the store phone. The updates are inaccurate and I’m just tired of dealing with the unprofessional services of this location.

I have never had bad service at this Papa John’s. My husband was not happy with an order he called and management fixed the issue immediately. The employees are very friendly as well as the delivery drivers. I had ordered pizza at another establishment. They did not show up for deliver after two hours and would not answer the phone. I called Papa John’s and they had my order to me within 20 minutes if not less. I ordered well done

This was my fist time at this establishment, and it will be my last. Upon picking up my carryout order, the young man whose name I did not get, was very rude not only with me but the customer who was before me. He notice I took out my wallet and stated “It’s already paid for.” I said “I know” as I was going to offer a cash tip. The young man said “No man, I can’t take that.” He then proceeded to walk to the back and shouted “Go buy yourself something nice, man.” Very unprofessional and uncalled for, especially when a customer is offering a tip as appreciation. I will never order from here again, and most likely will never order from Papa Johns again if this is how employees disrespect their customers.
