Stopped at this Jack’s on a trip. Ordered and they got everything except the fries and a biscuit wrong. I had to literally throw away more than half of the burger because the patties had been left inside of the heater for too long and I dried out. I’m not a jerk but I was too upset to complain to the manager. Won’t call out anybody but the managers need to stress to the employees how to confirm and listen for the right order.

Evidently somethings going on with the drive-through and you’re supposed to order when you first pull into the parking lot. Couple of young kids. They are too busy talking to flag people down to let them know. Sat in their drive-through for a long time until a lady pulled around me and was kind enough to let me know what was going on. She was a customer. Jack’s you need to get your stuff together and get your employees head out of the cloud and in the business. He lost a customer I drove off.

Went through the drive thru. Then intercom system was broken but an employee came to KY window to take my order. I had to pull past the window to wait for my order, but didn’t have to wait long and the food was nice and fresh

They have great food, but it has been giving me constipation a bit lately. They do have milk-free options, though, and do not cook in peanut oil. I have allergies to milk and peanuts, so I usually just order a plain hamburger and fries with no popcorn salt there.

Asked to pull forward at the drive through. After 20 minutes they brought the wrong order out. Then stated they were still working on our order because they had been waiting for fries. At least 6 cars had gone through the drive through after us and received their order. The manager was very pleasant and apologetic when he came out to speak to us, though.

I sit outside for someone to greet me and take my order for 15 minutes. I proceeded to the intercom at the drive-through. I set there an additional 10 minutes when I decided to call inside. I was told there was someone standing outside, so I pulled back around. No one for another 10 minutes and pulled off I seen someone finally coming out in my rear view and proceeded around again. They were headed around back after I was told they would be on the front so I went around to find them taking someone else order who had pulled to the intercom because no one was out front. Then it came time for me and I was asked to pull around again that they were having problems with the tablet. And I did pull around only to be told my order would be taken at the window. At this point I’m mad, so I drove back around to window and express myself by saying “during time like these, you should have someone out front to let the customer know what’s going on whether it be 1 car or 10. Satisfying your customers I’m what keeps the doors open. I spent nearly 40 minutes here when it should have been 10-15 minutes or less 2 thumb down on this visit — Corinth Ms

The Jacks in Corinth Mississippi sucks. The fries are always stale with no salt. The tea almost always has very little sugar in it. The eggs have been spoiled lately.

Disappointing, it looks pretty good but it’s pretty boring. The burger was run of the mill, the fries were limp and tasteless with an odd seasoning and WAY too much salt. The shake however was really good. And I’ll never understand why they put the least trained person operating the register and taking the orders; she was woefully unprepared and undertrained. She was extremely nice however.
