This place needs to get a second drive-through window because they are way too slow with the one window they have. I used to work here 20 years ago when the menu was twice as big and everything was cash and they did everything three times faster. What the hell is wrong with the employees today? Seems like they get paid twice as much to only do half the work employees did 20 years ago.

Picture it – I am a hungry shift worker who needs some dinner at 12:30am. What’s open? Taco Bell, of course. All I wanted on this earth was a grilled cheese burrito. The delinquents on Washington Ave did me dirty the night before, so I thought I’d try this location. Did I receive what I ordered? Of course not. Instead, they threw a cold whatever the hell into the bag while charging me a grilled cheese burrito price, and sent me on my merry way. This is how perfectly nice people become Karens.

How it’s done! I just have to say that this taco bell knows how to make great food. Unless I just lucked out this time. I don’t go to taco bell in bad axe because they make horrible food. They need some training. Don’t go to that one. It’s nice to finally pay for some fast food that actually looks and taste good. You guys probably don’t hear it much but keep up the good work! even though they were completely dead they missed a burrito and tried to get me to give them my whole order back so they could throw it away and start over I’m like well I’ll eat this stuff can’t you just make one grilled cheese burrito she’s like yes I was trying to make it easier.. I said well it’s not easier for me to just waste all that food!!! also young dude commented on how much we ordered like damn you ordered four tacos I’m like shoot it was 6 three for me three for my daughter what of it. I don’t think they should be able to make comments like that.

I ordered through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. There was nothing wrong with the man that handed me the food he was very friendly. When I realized my food was wrong I went back inside to resolve the issue. Not once was I rude to the employees I just stated that my order was wrong the meat was not what I had wanted, no big deal.

Staff was extremely rude from the start. I was even being nice when my order came messed up but they still insisted on being ignorant, almost condescending like. To make matters even better (sarcastically) my taco shells were stale and the lettuce was soggy. Not cool Mr Bell, not cool.

First taco bell I have been to where I has to use the kiosk to order, totally lame. My order would have been simple but there’s nowhere on the kiosk to just ordet a side of jalapeños. I stood what seemed like forever for anyone to help, and they couldn’t find an option for it either.
