Pretty fast service and friendly workers. The food is fresh, especially the bread. Everything tastes good, but could be seasoned a little more and the steak is a little dry. I wished they put more mayo on it too. This is the place in the food court that we usually choose when coming to the Southwest Plaza mall. They always have a long lone, so I believe they work as quickly as possible to get the orders out.

Are we getting lucky?? I am not sure, but we have gotten delivery a handful of times from here, just your basic cheese steak with extra cheese, no other toppings, sometimes with green peppers and it has been spot on every single time. Hits that cheese steak craving! Some people mentioned in reviews about the steak being cold, only thing i can say is we have never had it be cold and it has been delivery. Is it hot, no, but it had never been cold thankfully. We will definitely be regulars ordering here.

This is the slowest I have ever seen it. They keep blaming people for taking orders that aren’t theirs but they just are terrible about managing orders. On average there is two items on the grill at a time. 1 order every 5 min at a time. The new management is the worst I have ever seen. When I said something as nice as I could he just replied it’s just one of those days. Then after eating the food there was a big black hair in it!!! Come on guys!!!
