Every single time I get food or coffee from here, something is messed up. Today, I get a HALF empty coffee. Does this look like it’s worth $6 to you? Shame on me for repeatedly giving this place a chance. Shame on management for allowing such abysmal standards.

Similar to the other reviews the food is pretty good for fast food standards but the service is more than horrible. The workers act as if they’re doing me a favor taking my and giving me my food order. Employees loudly yelling at each other. There are much better alternatives nearby.

Service was so ridiculously slow. And this is not during a heavy time that the car behind us actually left. Thinking that maybe someone was placing a very large order inside. I had a look inside the drive through window. As we pulled up, what I saw was nobody inside. As far as I could see and employees just kind of casually waltzing around not really doing anything. Also I find it very strange that they are continuously out of croissait’s like not just me, has found this, but multiple other people who have gone there have said the same every time they’ve gone recently, they’ve had no croissants regardless of what time of the day they show up….

This isn’t the first time we have had problems with this location. The drinks come out pretty fast, but if we ever order any food, it takes at least 20 min or more. Today, we had to leave without part of our order just to get my kid to school on time. When we told them just keep the food we were still waiting on and give to someone else, all they said was OK. Today’s trip was almost 30 min wait. For these times can go to an actual restaurant.

First time here. Went to try it out because were having a mommy and kid day with my daughter and we are supposed to get a free donut today for national donut day but the lady at the register is a bit rude so we didnt even bother asking for the free donut. I asked If I can see the sizes of the drinks and she just ignored me n raised her eyebrows and put her hands on her waist as she was waiting for me to order so I decided to just guess what size I wanted cuz I couldnt stand the rudeness anymore. On top of that she forgot to give me my order of my munchin donuts. I dont have plans to come back here.
