Sometimes the estimated time to pickup is off by 15 minutes. Usually when they’re busy it seems. Other than that, pizza is excellent. But last time, 2 liter Pepsi was not cold. Reason for buying drinks from the store is for cold beverage.

Let me start out by telling you that it’s a Michigan made pizza… Plus, most of their equipment is Michigan made as well. NOW, that is something to be proud of!!! Another thing, is their pizza dough is made fresh each and every morning Along with having fresh vegetables cut up every morning for their salads and toppings for the day’s orders! Everyone at this Location is Very courteous and as well as professional. They all greet you with a smile as you walk in and smile as you leave with your order! Anytime that I called to place an order via phone, they always spoke clear! Now, as far as the food goes, I’d have to say that my all-time favorites are the barbecue chicken pizza, the honey barbecue boneless chicken wings and of course, they’re fresh salads that are made daily!!!

They took my review down… They made their bed now they are going to lay in it because I am a very nice guy and I kindly complained when the pizza was very hard when I did not ask for it well done at all. They told me to kick rocks in a nice way by saying “yeah that’s just how our pizzas are.” They did not do anything. I ordered yesterday at 12pm and this is how they treated me when I called.

They are very mean. The 4 outer pieces of the pizza were very hard you couldn’t bite it without it hurting the roof of your mouth, and the inside 4 pieces was super well done, but bearable. I called back and they told me that this is how the pizzas are. I said basically you guys are calling me a liar, I told them who I was. We order like 3-4 times a month. All they said was yeah that’s just how we make them. Basically they tell you in a nice way to go kick rocks. Well now I won’t come back because rolling the dice on losing money or food is not something someone wants to do.
