Their sauce is great but I’m heavily biased as this may be the first BBQ sauce I ever tasted in my life. I always get beef on a bun with fries. Fries are spectacular. You can ask to get fries well done but I never do. They’re always cooked to order though. I’m glad it’s still operating after the fire and the owner’s passing.

We decided to stop by for a bite to eat! Sure glad we did. We ordered the Rib Dinner, which came with a side of beans, coleslaw, and fries. Oh, and 2 slices of the best bread ever! It’s one of the best bbq places we’ve been to on our travels in the Midwest. We definitely will be back next time we’re in town! Very friendly customer service, which is a big plus!

We were visiting from out of state and are very unimpressed. My burnt ends were literally not edible. They were so dried out and hard like a rock that I couldn’t chew them. They also have zero seasoning on them and no flavor. The onion rings were alright, nothing special. Our kids got the cheeseburgers and could barely chew them, they were so incredibly burnt and dried out. My husband got the ribs and said they were really good, and our oldest got the chicken dinner and said it was good, and we got our food very quickly, which is why I’m giving this place 2 stars.

I just recently started eating here at Wyandotte barbecue on 75th and Metcalf and I have to say I’m impressed with this location. The food has been hot and fresh on both visits and the staff has been nice and they are super fast. I love burnt ends and they’re burnt meal is reasonably priced and is super tasty. The barbecue sauce is pretty good I highly recommend it.

Nice place, great service. However the food was terrible. Bbq sauce tasted like pure cinnamon. Ordered a slice pork sandwich, the bread was chewy and the meat was tough the could guarantee it was pulled out of the fridge and microwaved. Fries were the highlight of the place but even they tasted like cheap frozen fries from Walmart. Definetly not a place I would recommend if you are wanting KC BBQ. QuickTrip has a better bbq sandwich.

Great food, and they can follow instructions. If you ask for lean beef, that’s what you get. Barbeque sauce, while respectable is inconsistent. Sometimes mild, and sometimes blasting hot. Pork tender and burnt fries are top quality.

Newly reopened after a fire. New paint and same booth configuration. Too much sunzhine at 6pm, so all customers were in the shady seats. Get some blinds! Burnt End meal was fine. Baked beans need more molasses and smoke.

We went here late. So they’re weren’t hardly any customers. The place was satisfactory on cleanliness. Had a prong bent on the fork,just at the very tip,kinda weird but anyways, lol. French fries were good,beans were actually better than 4 out of 5 Bar-b-q places I’ve been. I’m kinda particular about beans. I think the sauce has a lot to do with that. By burnt ends were tough. Could’ve been because of the almost closing time(we arrived at 8:30,they close at 9) or because they were really dense pieces of meat. Sauce has a lil kick to it,not overly so. I would absolutely go here again, I want to try everything on the menu. Side note:they pick your empty tray up to dump.

So good!!!!! The sauce is unique and so delicious! The staff was very kind, quick, and efficient. Food was ready moments after ordering and let me tell you…. If you order a dinner plate you are going to be taking some home! Very impressed. Will be back next time I’m in that area of town.
