I ordered one of their new summer time drinks with red bull in it. The employees were not scooled as to the recipe for the drink. They had to call someone at a different store. It got made and it was very good on a hot day but the could keep the thawed out strawberries. No taste, mushy, and clogged the straw.

I just get normal coffee and its pretty good. They have a drive through but its a lot easier to just go in and order if there is already a car ahead of you. They offer food items too and they can take awhile to cook. No way to get out of the drive through once your in. I ordered one regular coffee and got stuck one morning for almost 20 minutes behind a minivan full of people. Cars behind me so I could not get out. Contemplated driving over the curb but luckily I did not. Drive through never again.

Waited 20 minutes for a Red Bull mocktail. It didn’t even have the strawberries in it, which I’d imagine impacts the price. If I’m buying a luxury drink I should get all the ingredients… Not consistent with my experience at other BIGGBY locations.

Worst customer service I have ever received, through our sandwiches together and didn’t even heat them up the cheese and the egg was cold made us put our own cream cheese on the bagels and argued with us when we called and tried to talk to a manager. The absolute worst conversation I’ve ever had with someone on the phone, she wouldn’t even give me her name and told me it’s not necessary

I do NOT recommend this place. I was charged almost $15 for a large teddy bear latte and a hot tea. When I asked at the window if the total was correct I was told yes. I spent $18 at another store the day before for the same drinks PLUS two muffins. I was not provided a receipt. I was not charged accurately. I could get those two drinks for less at a Starbucks reserve in downtown chicago.

Don’t ever order a mallow hot chocolate. They can’t ever seem to remember to put the chocolate in it. This has happened to both my daughter and I several times now. I messaged them was assured it would be looked into and they would get back to me. That hasn’t happened. This last time my daughter even asked if there was chocolate in it and was told yes. Wrong. Other Bigby’s seem to know how to make them but not Sparta.

always go here because it’s close to home and i understand working early sucks, but this was a whole new level of rude. i ordered two drinks, and two sandwiches. i always try to be positive but this girl had an attitude right off the bat. once i leave, my sandwiches had the wrong bagels (they were switched) i didn’t mind at first until i went to switch them back (accidents happen) but there was a piece of turkey on the sausage which meant they literally switched the bagels just because. it’s really disappointing.

Our Frozen drinks were not made properly again… they were thin like milk with chunks of ice, not creamy. A $14.00 disappointment. It would be nice if the biggby’s were consistently good. 1 out of 5 times the drink is made right. Not good odds.
