Second time I’ve gotten the entirely wrong pizza. Not to mention it’s not even cut correctly? And our other pizza that was correct looked horrible and had a stray noodle on it. Super upsetting because usually dominos is reliable :/

This location use to be such a great store. The last three times I’ve ordered pizza my order has gotten canceled. They suggested I go online and place my order, which I did and it still got canceled. I called the store and spoke to the “manager” Donald I believe, and instead of making the issue better he got an attitude and put me on hold. I’m very disappointed in the communications location and the online call center. After 20 years of being a loyal customer I am now forced to take my business elsewhere.

In the last 6 months my orders have been late and today it was 1 1/2 hours late. When I ask the delivery guy he is rude about it. I finally went to the store to get my money back and the new manager told me to wait longer next time. He also said that it was ok with him that I take my business some place else. So I did. Pizza Hut had a pizza at my door with in the hour. Dominos really doesn’t care but Pizza Hut did.

Waited 3 hours for pizza that never came, we called multiple times and were told that they were on the way the first time, and that the had just started making the order the second time, so they clearly lied about it the first time.

Staff was rude and a disorganized mess. App said that if my order wasn’t brought out to my car within 2 mins of being marked ready, they would credit a free pizza with the next order. They brought out my pizza withing over 2 mins, then spent about 5-10 mins cooking my wings to bring those out. The pizza was doughy and raw with the chicken topping missing on half the slices, and we were not given crushed red pepper packets we ordered. One of my 10 “wings” was a wing tip, not a flat or drummette. Manager denied the free pizza deal due to the wait, then demanded i come into the store in person and he’ll make me a pizza. The tone was the opposite of friendly and i was already driving home with my food. In the last place we lived, dominos was a regular Friday night takeout stop for us, i don’t think that will be the case here with the quality and hostile tone from the manager.

Ordered a pizza, was marked delivered when it never was. Called the store they said “sorry for the inconvenience” and hung up. Then dominos gave the option for rewards points for a pizza. When we ordered a pizza, drink, sides and a delivery tip. How does that make sense as an even trade?

Ordered pizza for our team. 10 pizzas and they were all delivered wrong . Tried to contact the store after 10 calls and trnsfers from their customer service/support we got a alleged store manager who stated “ that its not his fault , it’s your fault & hung up the phone” prior to him hanging up I asked to speak with his manager and or have corporates contact info and he told us he didn’t know we would have to look it up our self and the manager ROBERT DONALDSON Wouldn’t be there till 5. So not only do we have 10 cold pizzas that no one eats nor did we order . We also wasted money And Our team has no food for lunch today ! ZERO STARS ! & according to the other 0 star reviews this place needs to be shut Down IMMEDIATELY !
