I’ve ordered from this location server Al times and always have Great customer service and my food is always good. But I place and received an order late lastnight. My order included 2 8piece of chicken that hadn’t been cook fully cooked so we weren’t able to eat them. Being that we order right before they closed I decided to wait until the shift today to inform them of what happened. I called to let the manger know but instantly after I explained I was told it’s cooked before it gets to us this I absolutely know of course your not dipping, battering, and frying chicken but it was done weather it was were you got it from or your oven are not working to reheat the food properly. I was just letting you guy know because someone can get really sick and the response was ok thank. ♀️ that was poor customer service, and no concern for a customer health or well being. I know thing happen by accident all the time but please take some accountability for what you’re selling.

The only thing I had a problem with is the fact that you can’t order more than $40 worth of food. I understand that it’s for safety of the driver. But $40 doesn’t get you a lot of pizza these days. Especially for 5 or more people.

Update: True to Las Cruces form, Dominos finally went down the tubes. Very disappointed in our order tonight and the last couple of times. The pizza was cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave. There was barely any cheese dip in our order. Just a very thin layer dried to the bottom. What was in the tin wasburned and dried out so bad that we couldn’t even dip our bread in it. I had to use a fork to scrape some out. It just wasn’t good at all and it ended up going in the trash.

Great experience. Excellent customer service & my pizza was made with love. Had a problem ordering through the app, so I called the store to ask for help. The young man who helped me was very patient and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I ordered a Alfredo chicken spinach pizza, was delicious. It was cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy, not over done. Perfect amount of ingredients. And nice and hot. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location from now on. Disappointing experience. Ordered online with pick-up and payment at store (as is our usual). Took 10 minutes for them to process my Visa payment while our pizza was getting cold by the minute. So pizza was barely room temp when got it home. Reason I pick up is because I can always get it home HOT. If I wanted barely warm … would have delivered!! No issue with card … indicated they had a new system installed last week!! Amazing they would not test and ensure any new system was functional?! Will not order from Domino’s for a few months … so either they figure out how to process a simple VISA or go out of business.
