This is an honest review. As soon as I walked in, the cashier was speaking rudely of another customer. The customer was not in the area to hear her. There is a drive through which is great if you order a head, and or want to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Inside, I ordered and paid for a classic cheese pizza, the cashier recommended to go through the drive through. I waited in the drive through close to 25 minutes, which is fine, but I handed her the receipt again so she can hand me the classic cheese pizza and when I got home I saw pepperoni. Please be sure to check you’re prior to leaving.

Don’t go here they deserve zero stars my pizza was cold the manager went back and fourth with me as if they did something right. Pizza was dry and cold….Their argument is that they’re privately owned. They literally did NOT WANT to compensate me for their mess up. Go to a reputable company that can fix the issue and cater to customers…

Fast and fresh not here. No ready pizzas except for cheese. Was told oh it’s going to be a 5 minute wait and they would bring out to car. Did this happen? nope. Finally went in and manager couldn’t even be bothered to greet me was to busy training a new hire. There were at least 5 of us all waiting but maybe it’s the color we are or our weight but they sure brought everyone else’s pizzas out even the car behind us. I wouldn’t say anything except we ordered a simple pepperoni pizza that is to be hot and ready at all times per their commercials and having the managers refusal to address their customers when we finally went in. There are plenty of other pizza joints I’m hoping this one’s days are numbered and we get something better.

The store is covered in a film of black dust. the floor is constantly dirty and slick. The pizza prices went up whilst the quality of said pizzas have declined drastically. Managers are absent minded and not customer focused. I found a bug in one of my pizzas boxes and they would not rectify the situation. Do not recommend. Would rather eat Mac n cheese from a box.

The absolute worst location I have ever been to/ordered from. Our order always comes incomplete every single time. I really do not know why we keep giving them chances. The owner or manager is the rudest man and will not even acknowledge customers when they come in. He waits about 5 minutes then yells back at one of the teenagers to come to the front. They do not know what they are doing and cannot put an order together properly to save their lives. I wish we could get some competent establishments in this town.

Absolutely unorganized. Pizza is not ready when the app/email tells you it’ll be ready. 4 other people we also waiting for their pizza and the stockpile of people was starting. I lady threw a tantrum. She asked to get 4 of the ready pizzas that were not for her because hers weren’t ready and that also screwed up not the just people waiting but also the drive-thru. This place is a joke. On top of that. Their pizza made me sick and woke up at 5am Sat barfing out the pizza. I could re-taste it as it was coming back out. So gross. I don’t think I’ve written just a bad review. -5 ⭐️ for this place.

Customer service is the worst. But last night was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. An employee was constantly using the F word and cussing VERY LOUDLY. He was verbally attacking the other employees and cussing at them. He kept wandering from the front to the kitchen but not actually helping anyone. Several customers were super uncomfortable with his behavior and language. I left without my order. Disgusting to say the least.
